The Affordable Care Act is clearly a huge win for the nation’s youth. It will mean easier access to health coverage for Utah’s 55,000 uninsured children, more choices of coverage and better quality coverage, said Korey Capozza, a policy analyst at Voices for Utah Children. “Many elements of the bill are very much in line with the values long expressed by the American public: that we ought cover all kids and ensure the youngest among us have a healthy start,” Capozza said.
